Establish your account through shared 2AYE identity. Identity alone must not unlock a vault.
2. Unlock
Make a separate local unlock decision. Reviewed key derivation, recovery and device distribution are prerequisites to opening customer storage.
3. Select and confirm
Choose a credential and explicitly confirm its destination. Browser release and installed-device acceptance remain pending.
